The ponchos that I received are of a different quality then the sample they provided; it is less flexible and cracks more due to the stiffness. I think they provided me the cheaper PVC coated one instead of the smoother PU coated poncho that I actually ordered. They also didn't include the (by EU obliged) textile label in the delivered ponchos - which was inside the sample though. Maybe this was on purpose because of the textile/material change? The custom branded label in the poncho is really bad and ugly; its plastic, logo is not centered in the middle of the label, nor was it sewn properly. Its on different places and different sides of the poncho, But why??? The snaps on the sides were in the same color as the poncho on the sample, but are now black on all ponchos. Why??? And why were these changes never discussed during the production proces? What was the purpose of all the delay due to sample acceptation when the end product is different??? Never again at this place!

This supplier is very good. I ordered raincoats and received it in a month. the quality is high, and I will be ordering from them again.
